Odu’a Telecoms Limited, under the brand name of O’Net, is an indigenous Fixed Wireless Telecommunication Company with its Head Office in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The Company was duly registered in 2002 to operate Voice Telephony, Data and Video Conferencing TDMA (3.5 GHz Spectrum) services by the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC) for the five South Western States of Oyo, Ondo, Ogun, Osun and Ekiti. However, by 2005, the Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) was upgraded to the CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) in 800 MHZ Spectrum. This upgrading has enabled O’Net to cover the capital cities of the five states.
O’Net provides Internet Connections and Services to Individuals, Organizations, and Tertiary Institutions. In addition to internet service provision, we deliver Software packages, Colocation Services, Hosting Services, and Hybrid Power Solutions.
The company is now under the management of Concave Communications Group – an international Telecommunications and Systems Integrator serving the Middle East & Africa, and is now the majority shareholder of O’NET. Boasting top drawer executive capacity with combined experience in excess of four decades of industry-relevant ICT experiences, O’Net now provides unparalleled and unequaled data services in all locations it has footprints. The company is run as an independent private commercial venture by an independent Board of Directors made up of seasoned professionals with vast experience in business and human resources management. The policies formulated by the Board are translated into action by the Management team under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer.
